BANCONTACT/MR. CASH AND MAESTRO
If you want to pay safely and quickly you can always choose Bancontact/Mr. Cash or Maestro. This way you need only enter your card number and expiry date and you then go automatically to the familiar website of your own bank. Here you should check the amount once again and you confirm the payment with a card reader or password (depending on your bank).

Home-Use.com offers various credit card options, such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express, among others. The payment is only debited when the item is delivered. Your credit card details are always sent securely via an SSL-secured server. So payment via credit card is absolutely safe. You must always enter your card number, expiry date and CVV number.

Payment failed or declined?
First check whether the money has been taken from your account or not. If the money has not been taken from your account you can place an order again, because then we did not receive your order.
If the money has been taken from your account and you have still not received a confirmation e-mail two hours after placing your order, please contact customer service. We will be happy to help you further.
If when paying you are notified that your credit card has been declined, check whether there is sufficient credit on your card. If the card is declined, the reserved amount will be refunded. Afterward you can place an order again. This time try paying with Bancontact/Mr. Cash or Maestro.
After purchasing, you receive an order confirmation by e-mail. In this order confirmation you will find an order overview. This order overview is also a valid invoice and can be used in your accounting.
